Antarctica

Antarctica, or Antarctica, is the most extreme continent in the world in terms of environmental conditions and geographical location. It is located in the far south of the Earth, surrounded by the waters of the Southern Ocean. About 98% of its area is covered by ice, making it the largest freshwater reservoir on the planet, containing about 70% of the world’s total freshwater.
